Cancellation Policy

Unlimited Strategic Solutions, LLC Cancellation and Refund Cancellation, Refund & Booking Policies By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Cancellations & Rescheduling • You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
 • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you’ll lose the session and it will not be refunded. 
 • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. Refund Policy • All sales are final after services begin. • Cancelling before your first session does not qualify for a refund. • After coaching starts, no refunds are given for unused or missed sessions. • Missing sessions, forms, or participation does not make you eligible for a refund. Late Arrivals • Sessions run on time. • Late arrivals do not get extra time. • If you are over 15 minutes late, your session may be forfeited as a no-show. Payment Terms • Payment is required at the time of booking.
 • All prices are listed in USD.
 • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate termination of services and restricted future bookings. Scope of Coaching • Coaching is a specialized service that facilitates both personal and professional growth. • Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, legal counsel, or financial guidance. • Individuals retain full responsibility for their choices, actions, and outcomes. Client Responsibility • You are expected to engage in communication that is both respectful and truthful. • Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct may lead to termination of services without refund. Policy Changes Policies may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to your session. Governing Law These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. By booking this session, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these policies.
